Programme · The Book of Life
Life has questions. We might have answers.
A groundbreaking Happy Kids Academy initiative for older teens and young adults — designing a fulfilling life on purpose, not by accident.
Not traditional career guidance. A transformative journey where students don't just learn — they become.
Six chapters of a life
From who am I? to what will I build?
The Book of Life is structured as six reflective chapters. Each one combines psychology-based tools, creativity, guided reflection and life-design prototypes.
Identity
Values, strengths, the story I tell about myself.
Resilience
Cognitive skills for navigating setbacks and uncertainty.
Relationships
The people, communities and circles that hold me.
Purpose
What I want my life to mean — to me and to others.
Happiness
The science of flourishing, applied to my own week.
Future
Prototyping the life I want to design, one decision at a time.

- What it is
- The Book of Life is a well-being and life-design programme inspired by Stanford's Designing Your Life approach and the science of human flourishing. - Recognise that the future is designed, not just inherited.
